Help needed

My elderly parents who are in bad health and on social security,having been renting other side of her house for the last five years to same people.they moved out and trashed the place.left garbage and some furniture.broken things and left without paying rent.they dont have money to take care of this.i dont either.my stepdad is asking va for help with lawyer.he was a marine.they are in thier 80s and were taken advantage of.just found out they hardly have food.rent money help carry them over until thier very small monthly check comes. Neither one are very mobile due too illnesses. I'm so made but also looking for some help for them
