Duane's Medical Bills

Hello My name is Duane, father of 4 and 1 grandchild. On March 3, 2016 I was diagnose with Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).  Every thing was going well for about a year and I was able to return to work.  On February 2, 2017 at my regular doctors visit I was given the bad new that the cancer is no longer dormant and had to do a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).  I have depleted all of my savings  and have used up all of my sick days. I am asking for help to pay my copayments and bills till I am able to get back on my feet.
