Struggling disabled parent

I’m a disabled parent and this photo is where it all began. I have developed several physical disabilities that have affected my life in many ways. I do have kids and they are my priority over everything. I’ve had some help over the years and always think it’s going to get better and all work out.  All I want is stability and to stop being worried and stressed all the time. I have 2 medical conditions that are new and will require extensive testing/procedures which is going to add more stress. I have donated things to families whenever I can and will always give to others, but I’m unable to with my circumstances. Thank you for reading my story and any help is greatly appreciated.
