Ecuador after earthquake needs help

Ecuador is my home country.
While visiting my family in Quito a strong 7.8 earthquake struck Ecuador's coastline, killing hundreds of people and causing widespread destruction close to the epicenter.
Since the earthquake  hit the number of dead and injured people still rising, and many people still trapped. Thousands  of people are directly affected by it, many homes were destroyed, and people have lost their ability to get food and water.
I decide to start this fund as many friends from around the world asked me how they could to help while I am here in Ecuador and with some of my classmates we are working towards this cause.
Donations recieved will be used to purchase blankets, candles, mosquito nets, repellents and basic medicines, which will then be distributed directed to people in Bahia &  Mayuyal area, where relatives of friends and workers live.
I will keep you updated with pictures and videos of  our activities here and where your donations go.
Thanks in advance
