Our beloved son and brother has left this world. Jacob was a beautiful soul. He wrote songs and poems and played the piano and guitar from his heart with melodies so pure and true.

We are devastated that we no longer will receive his presence, his smile, his loveliness. He was a quiet, deep soul that loved and yearned for his family and the connections to help him heal. He loved us with all his heart as we did him and will never stop.
