Donation for Travel Expenses for C-9 Employees

As you may already know, a 7.5 earthquake hit the coastal region of Michoacán, Mexico, yesterday. More specifically, the town of La Placita and home to Mr. Mendez, Betty and Juan from C-9.

La Placita is nestled amongst the indigenous villages where most of the construction is without reinforcement and often only adobe bricks. Needless to say, these towns were devastated by the earthquake as many homes collapsed or are no longer safe to live in. It’s a very sad situation, especially for the indigenous and less fortunate families. Sadly, Betty will lose her home, and Mr. Mendez will face years of repair to his childhood home.

Please help send Mr. Mendez, Betty and Juan home now to be with their families through cash or check donations delivered to the Eagle store. Your donations will only be stored in the Eagle store, not deposited. My hope is to raise funds for travel expenses over the next 2-3 days to allow for a quick departure.
