Update 12.07.

Food is scarce and very expensive. Please donate so they have a chance to buy food.

The people have lost everthing but the horror they are put through continues.

They ran out of money and need 150-250 $ to buy something else than flour.

Mohammeds little brothers and sisters are showing signs of severe malnourishment. Asmaa, Maryam, Ahmed and Ibrahim need us!

Update 6.4.

Sami and his family are fighting for their lives.

There is no fresh drinking water, not enough food (250$ a bag of flour), not enough wood for a fire. Nights are still cold and they had to leave all their stuff behind last time they fled, two weeks ago.

Update 30.01.

Mohammed and his family want to return to their home but since the house got destroyed by the bombs they have to rebuild it. They are still living in a tent but want to go back into their house and live there again. Mohammed wants to start with one room and needs money to do the repairs.

Update 02.09.

As the borders are still closed and Gaza continues to be bombed, Mohammed and his family are still constantly on the run. With the high cost of food (and everything else), €600 a month is not enough for the bare essentials. We have to help him and his family.

In the past weeks the family had to flee several times and each time had to leave all their things behind. Mohammad has been sleeping on the street because there is no space left in the few tents. He urgently needs financial support for the basic necessities.

Mohammeds little brother got hit by bomb shells in a bomb attack and his hand needs surgery.

Hi, I'm am Franziska Stursberg, 24, from Tübingen, Germany.

I created this campaign because I am supporting my friend Mohammed Sami in Gaza.

He contacted me on 17th of Mai, asking for help to create this fundraiser. Since then are texting everyday, he send me pictures and we have spoken via Videocall where I met him, his cousin and two of the small siblings.

He is 19 years old and is living in a half finished tent. Together with their mother and their grandmother, four kids, two of them boys and two girls.

Since his father died and he has to take care of the family. He says his family is what remains for him in this world.

He is asking for our help to buy enough food drinking water and to buy a tent for him and his family.

Their house in Khan Yunis got destroyed by Israelian airstrike. They fled to Rafah but got displaced a second time and are now staying in Mawasi, Khan Yunis.

In the videocall he showed me the destroyed houses and the airplanes in the sky which destroyed their home and everything they knew. His siblings were looking for things that didn’t get destroyed but nothing has survived the bombing.

His mother, Wisal Al-Shaibi, has high blood pressure and needs to take costly medicine. The money is also for her.
