Please help us in raising funds to support Norma and Jacob’s medical and living expenses. Jacob was recently diagnosed with end stage liver disease and has been in and out of the hospital since the end of September. He has since been transferred to specialty hospitals in San Francisco. They are currently working towards a transplant for him. Norma has been Jacob’s rock and hasn’t left his side. Norma and Jacob have 5 sons living at home with them and the older two are helping with the younger boys. Jacob has 3 older stepchildren who are also supporting Norma and Jacob through this journey. Both Norma and Jacob are federal employees and were furloughed shortly after Jacob’s long term hospitalization. They would love any cards, prayers, and general support during this time. Please help support this wonderful and loving family during this time of struggle. Their financial needs are an estimate and are growing as Jacob’s transplant was successful and they must find housing near Stanford for 4-8 weeks for intensive post operative care provided by Standford.
