Muttville Senior Dog Rescue was Kevin Wiley’s heart and soul. He welcomed countless animals into his life with the help of this incredible organization, giving them all the love and care they deserved. Kevin had a special way of making each senior dog (and the occasional cat) feel cherished, safe, and spoiled for whatever time they had left.
