Hi, I am Bayan, a Palestinian Dentist from Gaza. I'm reaching out to you, seeking your help for me and my family from the horrors of the relentless war that has been ongoing in Gaza for more than 6 months now.

After the 7th of October, my whole life came upside down due to the war on Gaza. my neighborhood where we used to live in Gaza – the neighborhood where my kid grew up, where we started our family – was bombed entirely.

Finally we found ourselves under the rubble. I was rescued together with my kid and Husband from under the rubble, stone, and shattered glass that belonged to our Haus, which was bombed. That night, my family and I witnessed the unimaginable things that a human mind cannot comprehend in terms of martyrs, blood, and dead bodies.

We fled to the so-called “safe area” in the south of Gaza. After being displaced several times, moving from one place to another, and searching for a safe area for my family .

Having narrowly escaped imminent death with my family ,I came to the stark realization that there is no sanctuary in the Gaza Strip. Enduring displacement multiple times, I experienced the harsh reality of lacking essentials like water, food, and medicine, unable to even perform basic activities such as showering, eating, or having access to clean water. The confinement of staying indoors was compounded by the constant fear instilled in my family due to the ominous sounds of warplanes and falling bombs. Faced with these challenges, I resolved to ensure the safety of my family, no matter how formidable the task.

Losing our home, source of income, led us to seek help through this campaign. The raised funds will cover the expensive travel expenses through Rafah Crossing (with travel coordination costing $5,000 per person), sustain us with living costs in Gaza until departure due to the loss of our income sources, and provide support for our fresh start beyond these confines. This is my heartfelt plea for assistance, seeking to break free from this dangerous reality and rediscover the beauty and hope that once illuminated my life.

If the situation improves, we'll use the funds to rebuild my home. Any surplus will go towards assisting other families with their rebuilding efforts.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about our circumstances. Palestinian voices are often silenced, making it difficult to raise awareness of our situation and seek support. A safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental community is vital to us.

The circumstances, dangers, and hardships are unimaginable, and time is extremely sensitive, which means it can cause serious health problems and cost lives

• Evacuation fees which is approximately 5000-10000 usd per adult person to enter egypt through

Rafah border and 2500 for children.

• Rent and living needs including clothes and food in egypt: which is approximately 600-800 Usd per months for my family for 6-12months until we start working there.

• Fees for money transfer .

• Fees for Gofundme = 2.9%+ 0.3$ for each donation

بعد السابع من أكتوبر، انقلبت حياتي رأسًا على عقب بسبب الحرب على غزة. الحي الذي كنا نعيش فيه في غزة – الحي الذي نشأ فيه طفلي، حيث بدأنا عائلتنا – تعرض للقصف بالكامل.

وأخيراً وجدنا أنفسنا تحت الأنقاض. لقد تم إنقاذي أنا وطفلي وزوجي من تحت الأنقاض والحجر والزجاج المهشم الذي كان يخص منزلنا الذي تعرض للقصف. في تلك الليلة، شهدت أنا وعائلتي أشياء لا يمكن تصورها ولا يمكن لعقل بشري أن يستوعبها من شهداء ودماء وجثث.

هربنا إلى ما يسمى "المنطقة الآمنة" في جنوب غزة. بعد النزوح عدة مرات والتنقل من مكان إلى آخر والبحث عن منطقة آمنة لعائلتي.

بعد أن نجوت بأعجوبة من الموت الوشيك مع عائلتي، أدركت بشكل صارخ أنه لا يوجد ملاذ آمن في قطاع غزة. ومع استمرار النزوح عدة مرات، واجهت الواقع القاسي المتمثل في الافتقار إلى الأساسيات مثل الماء والغذاء والدواء، وعدم القدرة حتى على القيام بالأنشطة الأساسية مثل الاستحمام أو تناول الطعام أو الحصول على المياه النظيفة. وقد تفاقم الحجر المنزلي بسبب الخوف المستمر الذي غرس في عائلتي بسبب أصوات الطائرات الحربية والقنابل المتساقطة. في مواجهة هذه التحديات، عقدت العزم على ضمان سلامة عائلتي، بغض النظر عن مدى صعوبة المهمة.

إن فقدان منزلنا، مصدر رزقنا، دفعنا إلى طلب المساعدة من خلال هذه الحملة. ستغطي الأموال التي تم جمعها نفقات السفر الباهظة الثمن عبر معبر رفح (حيث تبلغ تكلفة تنسيق السفر 5,000 دولار للشخص الواحد)، وستدعم تكاليف المعيشة في غزة حتى المغادرة بسبب فقدان مصادر دخلنا، وستقدم الدعم لبدايتنا الجديدة خارج هذه الحدود. . هذا هو ندائي الصادق للمساعدة، في سعيي للتحرر من هذا الواقع الخطير وإعادة اكتشاف الجمال والأمل الذي أضاء حياتي ذات يوم.

إذا تحسن الوضع، فسنستخدم الأموال لإعادة بناء منزلي. وأي فائض سيذهب لمساعدة الأسر الأخرى في جهود إعادة البناء.
