Hi, I'm Casey and I would love to get a gender affirming surgery.

I've been on the NHS waiting list for over 5 years and still not had my first appointment. So other than waiting for my wish to be granted by the fairy godmother, I would do it privately. This money would also cover me whilst I'm in recovery and not working.

This isn’t about changing who I am — it’s about becoming more me. This surgery is a huge step toward feeling safe, confident, and at ease in my own body. It’s about walking through life with less fear and more joy. It’s about everyday things, like feeling comfortable at the beach, walking around the pool, and simply getting dressed without discomfort.

The way the world is going at the moment, it is becoming increasingly unsafe and difficult for trans people to live their lives fully. To feel safer in public would be such a weight off me, as well as the surgery haha.
