Help John continue the fight against ATC

Update: John is nearly complete with his 5 week cancer treatment in Texas. MD Anderson has been amazing! His cancer, anaplastic thyroid cancer, is super aggressive with no cure. We are extremely lucky that he is considered stable now.

The fight isn’t over though. Over the next two years (at least) we will return to Texas and MD Anderson a few days every 3 months for follow up exams and some treatment. You all have done so much for us, and I hate to ask for anything further, but please add John to your ongoing prayers. Spread the word of this fundraiser. Help me keep my husband alive.

I married John 6 months ago. About 2 weeks ago, we found out he had thyroid cancer. A week later, we found out it was the most aggressive thyroid cancer. We are currently in Texas at MD Anderson Cancer Center, the best of the best. He’s meeting with doctors and working out a treatment plan.

We are looking at 6 weeks in Texas for radiation and chemo and a return trip every 3 months for follow-ups. Between flights, food, and lodging, it’s proving a difficult journey. I hate asking for help beyond prayers, but I hate even more the thought of losing my husband. Please consider donating to make these necessary trips easier for us to manage.
