On September 6, 2025 Peter returned from work and complained of stomach pain. After various scans and doctor’s appointments he was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal peritoneal cancer.

Through chemo, his wife Tese managed to care for her beloved husband, alongside her nursing 6-month-old and 4-year-old children. Peter and Tese trusted God for a miracle but the answer came differently when Peter breathed his last in the early hours of Saturday, November 1, 2025 with his wife beside him. Peter was a sacrificial husband that prioritized his wife and kids, and we are all still grappling with the reality of his transition.
