Please help a colleague escape domestic abuse

A colleague is in need of our help. For legal reasons she would like to remain anonymous so she will be referred to as MM. MM and her children were experiencing escalating abuse from her husband and so she bravely asked him to leave. Despite this he continues to breach protection orders and harm her and the children. She has lost her home due to financial stress and is imminently due to go to court but her lawyer now won’t represent her or give her access to her file because she owes thousands of dollars in fees. Please help MM secure her and her children’s safety.
