Diventare Papà

Ciao a tutti. Scrivo qui perchè non so veramente piu' come risolvere la mia situazione che mi vede, dopo un anno e 9 mesi dalla nascita di mio figlio in questa condizione: Non lo vedo da 9 mesi, sono stato con mio figlio solo 20 giorni in quasi due anni. Non sono il padre legale, e vengo privato dalla possibilità di esserlo. Sto sostenendo una causa internazionale dispendiosa ed estenuate con il fine unico di avere un rapporto sereno e costruttivo con il mio piccolo che ad oggi non ha ancora conosciuto la sua famiglia qui a Roma. Ho quindi bisogno del vostro aiuto. Scrivo qui cercando di uscire da una condizione di imbarazzo che da padre però non posso piu permettermi. Mio figlio ha anche bisogno di me e sto cercando di fare il possibile per garantirgli un futuro sereno.  Per chi non mi conosce comprendo la possibile necessità di conoscere le ragioni di questa situazione, sulla quale però pubblicamente non mi pare corretto soffermarmi; e per questo mi rendo disponibile in privato a qualsiasi chiarimento. But, in almost two years, I have been allowed to spend with my son only 20 days. In the last 9 months, I haven't seen him not even 1 day, and for my next visit I have managed to obtain 5 days only. I have not been recognised as the legal father, and I am deprived of the possibility of being so. Unfortunately, my attempts to sort things out peacefully didn't work so far. In order to see things changing, I will have to face an expensive and exhausting international court cause. This, with the sole purpose of having a calm and constructive relationship with my little one, supporting him affectionately and economically and letting him know his family here in Rome. I'm now asking your help for the below initiatives I am taking I'm writing here trying to get out of a state of embarrassment that, as a father, I can no longer afford. My son needs me as much as I need him, and I'm trying to do my best to guarantee him a serene future, or simply to have the opportunity to spend some time with his dad! Those who don't know me and don't know my history will probably have some issues understanding my position and will probably need an explanation and context. I don't find myself comfortable and I believe it's not either right or proper to publicly linger the whole story and so I make myself available to explain and answer all your questions in private.
