Discrimination-Retalation Law Suit against Anthem

I am raising funds to support me as I continue to fight Anthem for a wrongful termination based upon age discrimination. Age discrimination is the one type of discrimination to which any one of us could be subjected if we live long enough. Age discrimination has turned the golden years into the rusted iron years.

Particularly because Anthem is the second largest private healthcare payer in the U.S. and because its business is dependent upon serving the public good, I believe that Anthem needs to be held accountable to its members, providers, employees, and investors. All of these stakeholders pay a price when good people are forced to leave Anthem for reasons other than genuine poor performance. Therefore, I have taken legal action against Anthem because I was wrongfully terminated from Anthem in April of 2016 based upon my age.  I was about to be 61 at the time, significantly older than my boss at the time and older than others who reported to my boss at the time. For the record, I have repeatedly offered to settle my case with Anthem by simply being able to return to Anthem without prejudice on the part of either myself or Anthem. Anthem has refused to settle on that basis, preventing me from helping Anthem even during the Covid-19 crisis.

Beyond making this a fight between myself, a non-attorney, and three external attorneys for Anthem and suppressing relevant evidence from being admitted and examined, Anthem is now going after me for their attorney fees. Therefore, I greatly appreciate any contributions that I am afforded.
