Disabled Ultrapreneur’s Club

Donation protected
My heart stopped, I was intubated, I  eventually recovered, I raised money for a handbike (I paid half of it, but thank you everyone) because through this, I am getting fitter, stronger, faster and I am preparing for August with a massive training program and nutrition plan and an incredible team of supporters. I will complete a marathon using a hand bike WITH a number of supporters who are ALSO running, cycling and pretty much rolling in any way they see fit alongside me in August....(date to be released as we approach the first 7k mark). I wish to do this to create the first funded Disabled Ultrapreneur Award: amount necessary: £10k

At inclUSion, we are raising funds to create 100 x disabled business owners because we believe that disabled people have unique perspectives that can lead to innovative solutions for everyone.

We will be harnessing the purple pound, the disability pound, to benefit both disabled people and the wider community. By creating disabled business owners, we can offer disabled people a way out of the benefits trap and provide them with the opportunity to contribute to society and improve their financial independence.

We believe in partnership and inclusivity, and we are dedicated to lifting the 1 in 5 disabled people out of poverty. Through this fund (of less than a million pounds is needed, not a great deal in the scheme of things), we will provide 100 disabled Ultreprenurs with the support they need to start their own businesses, including 6 months job coaching, and the necessary cash injection into the viable business idea they develop, as well as the chance to apply for access to government support.

One person at a time will be awarded the necessary InclUSsion package of support to head towards self employment and ultimately business ownership....for this... we think partnership working is imperative.

Our aim for our inclUSion workforce, is to remain at one-fifth of our workforce without some form of intersectionality, we believe to be an easily achievable goal. We are already meeting this aim 80% of the workforce of InclUSion employers, have intersectionalities with 1 in 5 20% of the workforce of inclUSion employers are not yet identifying in this way.

for this particular InclUSion project, we are seeking around the £7k mark for August to make this vision a reality, one disabled Ultreprenur at a time.

the expansion of the Disabled Ultrepreneurs Club (Est 2023)

We intend to build an Army of 100 Disabled Ultrapreneurs.

This fund raiser will create Number One of One Hundred!
