Dig Deep For Dixy

Peter Dix is a Geraldton local, a beloved husband to Debbie & father of Ryan, Sharnee & Gemma. He had an accident Tuesday 19th July 2016. He was working at a house painting the roof when he stepped back onto a brittle patio sheet and fell through landing head first onto the pavement.

He laid there for around 15-20  minutes before he was discovered and when he was, it was a shocking sight. He was laying there unconcious in a pool of blood in a critical condition. Peter  got taken to hospital by ambulance and the hospital staff say he was a very lucky man.  He had extensive tests to find out the damage and what they discovered is heart breaking. 

Peter had suffered from a fractured skull, 5 fractured vertibrae, a fractured shoulder blade, 1 broken finger, 2 broken ribs, Bruised lungs, several fractures throughout his face and suffered head trauma wich also caused a small bleed on the brain. 

He is currently in Perth Royal Hospital after being airlifted the same night of the accident. Please dig deep to support Peter and his family get through this hard time in their lives.
