Johns Fundraiser for Northern Ireland Hospice

Hi there, my name is John Graham former Triathlete and Park Run enthusiast.  Diagnosed in 2019 with Lung Cancer which resulted in Paraplegia.  I am returning to Park Run this Saturday after COVID lockdown. To raise funds for the Northern Ireland Hospice Community Services, who have provided me with high quality, person centred care at home.  Giving advice and support to me and my family during this emotional and stressful time.  Please donate generously so this excellent service can continue to help other families when required.
