A little about us:
Ever since we were dating we talked about having children, the things we would do with them and the fun we would have as a family! We got married May 21, 2003 at that time we decieded we would wait until Jen was done with school to start a family, which would of been about 3 years; however we decided we couldn't wait, so after 2 years we decided we were ready to add a child to our family! Long story short, after 6 years of fertility treatments, a 1st surgery and a 2nd surgery; after which the doctor was certain we would have atleast 1 child, we were still childless. After alot of discussion and prayer we decided that GOD had a different plan for us and that was adoption!
A little about our adoption journey:
We just started our 4th year of being in the adoption process. The last 4 years have been a rollercoaster of emotions we have experience hope, joy, excitment, disappointment and heartache. We have had 4 situations in which someone was considering placing with us, that all fell through, because the girl decided to keep the baby or place it with another family.
Where we need your help:
We recently had another placement fall through, but were blessed to have another opportunity come immediately. Where with our last opportunity we were going to be having some travel expenses, with this one we luckily don't have those, but our legal fees are quite a bit more.
We are so excited for this addition to our family, we have been blessed so much as we've been through this process and are asking for whatever help we can get to help us end this journey with the happy ending we have been praying for.
Any excess funds that we don't use, will be payed forward to help someone else in need! We hope to have you all over for the welcome home party to meet the new addition to our family
