Deposit on a Live work Business Dream Please Help

I'm a journeywoman, Union Laborer out of Laborers' Local 300 in Los Angeles who is in need of deposit assistance for housing and to expand my businesses. For the last 5 years, I've shoveled, driven water trucks, dump trucks, welded, graded and leveled at Sofi Stadium, LAX, various parts of the Metro and more, but I've recently hit a slow patch of work.

Knowing construction can slow down in Winter, year round, I do side jobs renovating as well as selling antiques and vintage online which has been quite lucrative. While I have 15 years in construction, I have over 30 years experience selling online and in person. Coalescing the two, I often do side jobs renovating and selling what can be saved. I've built clientele from street vending over the last 3 years and now net about $2500 monthly from online sales alone. I'm hustling this hard for a dream of owning my own live work shop again.

In San Francisco, I owned and operated Boudreaux's Cafe on 3rd St in Bayview Hunter's Point which became a community center more than an antiques shop. I've been approved for a live work loft in Downtown Los Angeles that will allow me to not only expand my ability to do more side jobs like building fences but also space to hire, train, and teach others how to run an online business like mine. "Each one Teach One" and we grow together is my attitude.

Boudreaux's Cafe was built on my then $12/hr as a CNA and Community to a booming $10k/month business. I've grown from $18/hr as an apprentice to now upwards to $40/hr but I need more than I have saved to take advantage of this opportunity. The Rent is $2000 monthly and I can live, work, and create, all in the same space. Living in DTLA also affords me local hire status to get work faster and easier. All funds will go toward the deposit needed by January 30th 2024 for a February 1st 2024 move in. I won't rely on this, I'm literally moving, filling orders, and setting up to sell to meet this goal.

If unable to successfully fundraise, I will be housing insecure as I have two rescue dogs and need to move by January 31st 2024 as the owner is taking over the house I rent. Without this boost, I will be using my savings for weekly motels and storage to continue selling and working. Los Angeles is a tough town to rent in especially with dogs, putting them in a shelter to find housing means certain death as well.
