I've created this page for my stepfather, who is my younger sister's father. He is 47 years old, a type 2 diabetic, and recently lost his legs due to necrotizing fasciitis and sepsis. He is a migrant worker in the U.S. on a work visa and is currently still in the hospital in Connecticut.

This has been such a shock for my family. Most of my relatives are in Jamaica, while he is in that state alone. I visit as often as I can from New York, but he is three hours away by car. Our goal is to bring him back home to Jamaica and help him regain as much normalcy as possible.
