Constituents vs Board of Supervisors - Rezoning has gone rampant in our community - projects are asking for 600% increase in the number of homes allowed and residential land is being used for senior living facilities at a record number. Water runoff is being dumped onto private land and private roads are being used for emergency exits without approval from the land owners.
We need to fight the egregious attacks to our land use plan that enriches greedy developers. The county’s craving for additional tax revenue and enriching outside business interests are at the expense of our community.
Please join our efforts. We need your financial support to pay for the legal services and experts required to win these battles. These projects are being fast tracked through MAC (with their decision being ignored), planning commission and the Board of Supervisors with minimal time being allowed for public review.
