Deck with a ramp for Disabled Dad

My dad is not able to go up or down steps anymore and we fear that he will fall. Need an area that he can go out onto and sit and a ramp so he can use his walker or wheel chair to get to the car when we go out. I have a person who is willing to build it in my neighborhood as soon as we get the funds, anything will help and would be so appreciated.
