Friends, family, loved ones,
Debra Gomez, my mom, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and the treatment will not be covered by insurance.

She has already undergone Whipple surgery to remove part of her pancreas, stomach, and intestines but pulling through is still not a guarantee without more surgeries, chemotherapy, medications, and doctor appointments.

Every day, throughout the day, she needs treatment, care, and medications, on a schedule, and we can’t afford to hire a full-time caregiver so I’ve given up my house and moved back in to help take care of her.

There is still a long road ahead of her before recovery, the next procedure is her Port Placement for the chemo and we need help just to cover the expenses of what was already done.
