Deb and Jim Saunders Hurricane fund

This is a photo of my friend's house.  Jim and Debbie Saunders are hard working people that were hit hard by Hurricane Harvey.  My name is Richlie Zuniga and I live in Portland TX.  Debbie is one of my best friends and we work at the same school, Kieberger Elementary,  for APISD. They live in Aransas Pass, which was one of the hardest hit areas.  They went away for the storm, and came back to this. The picture doesn't even show all of the damage that was done. Their house flooded past the electrical outlets and everything that was touching the floor was ruined, washer, dryer, fridge, stove, lower kitchen cabinets and everything that was in the cabinets.  The mess in their home included salt water and sewage, so you can just imagine how awful it was.  They also lost their computers. Unfortunately, they didn't have flood insurance, so none of these things are covered. To top it all off, someone came in and robbed their home while they were away. I am asking for anything that you can do to help, because I know that they wouldn't.  Any money received will be spent on a new refrigerator, washer and dryer, lower kitchen cabinets, pots, pans and miscellaneous things that were in the cabinets. Debbie has already been set up to receive the funds directly. These people would give the shirts off their backs to anyone in need, and now, they are the ones in need.
