Dear Jobin and Francine

Dear: Jobin, Francine, Jackson, Emma,

We are your global community and we think about you daily . We love you and you’re always in our hearts and prayers. You are an inspiration to us and your impact is felt across North America, Australia, Europe, Asia and of course, Uganda. Your lives are truly an example of love, faith and humility in action.

You would never ask for our support, which is a true testament of your character and humility. We know you chose to go there on your own to serve others and you wish to live a simple life serving others, but we also know that it comes with unbelievable challenges and burdens. Yet through all of your own struggles, you still manage to reach out and support us during our hardships.

This GoFundMe was created by your community to show you how much we love and support you. While we can’t be there to lend a hand or hug in person, know that you are not alone. We can’t ease every burden you’re facing but we can help share the financial burden. We know you’ll steward this well as you continue your mission of living an other-centric life.

With love,
Your friends, family, loved-ones, colleagues - your global community

Dear: Jobin and Francine’s global community

Like many of you, my wife and I have kept a close eye on Jobin and Francine’s regular updates and stories from Uganda, being moved to tears more than I care to share. These two incredible people have a heart for others and they are facing challenges that most of us will never witness in our lifetimes.

If you’ve been keeping up with their updates, you’ll know they are in a tough season. We wanted to set something up to show them how much we care and to help to alleviate some of their immediate financial burdens.

As you can see from their recent posts, Jobin and Francine are facing some serious challenges. From providing food and care to forgotten children, to witnessing the loss of lives, to dealing with health challenges of their own children, I can only imagine how much their resources are strained. Their soon to be adopted son Jackson suffers from serious sickness often, requiring regular healthcare and doctor visits. Additionally, Jobin and Francine are facing challenges with citizenship and immigration. No doubt these costs add up and take a toll financially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, impacting their ability to support those they seek to serve.

Here’s how we can rally around our amazing friends:

1 - Make a donation! Every little bit counts.

2 - We understand not everyone is in a position to give, but please don’t let that stop you from commenting below and leaving a message of support for Jobin and Francine. Let them know their community is thinking of them.

3 - Please share this page with those you know who may be interested

4 - If you are not doing so already, track along with Jobin and Francine
on their blog:
