Baby Emmett

My friend Destiny's son, Emmett, was born 1/16 and just a couple of days later doctors found significant issues with his heart. He has been diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis and requires multiple surgeries to repair. His first surgery is next Thursday and little Emmett will only be a little over a week old. His parents are devastated and doing their best to be with him through every step. He will be at Riley for most of his first year. With that said Bryce, his father, was recently laid off of work before Emmett was born and Destiny, his mom, was not working due to being on bed rest. For so many reasons they could use s help. They are spending every day at Riley for the mean time and will continue to spend most time there over the next year. This means less time at work and more costs traveling to and from. They also have three other children to support and who knows what medical expenses there will be after Emmett's surgeries. If you can do anything to help this family it would be so so appreciated. I couldn't imagine going through what they are. It is heartbreaking that Emmet is going through this. Destiny and Bryce are under so much stress without the added worry of finances. Again, if you can help it would be a blessing for this family in their time of need.
