My name is Hat, Daz In The Hat, founder of Daz In The Hat Radio Community Interest Company.

Daz In The Hat Radio is a not-for-profit station that broadcasts a wide variety of shows by presenters from across the globe, operating 24/7 both online and through Alexa smart speakers.

Our mission includes supporting unsigned artists internationally and providing opportunities for individuals interested in entering the industry. We offer training and hands-on experience for aspiring presenters as well as those seeking roles behind the scenes.

Additionally, we welcome volunteers who are interested in dedicating their spare time to contribute to our station.

We are currently seeking funding to support our ongoing operations, which include PRS licensing, station platform fees, publicity and marketing efforts, and the development of new initiatives:

1) App Development For Audience Expansion - To further extend our reach and connect with an even broader audience, we are planning the development of a dedicated app. This initiative will allow listeners to engage with Daz In The Hat Radio more easily and on more platforms, supporting our mission to promote music discovery and community involvement.

2) Live Music Events designed to showcase unsigned talent and help artists reach wider audiences. These events will be a combination of sponsorship and pay-as-you-feel ticketed formats (with a base price of approximately £5–£10), ensuring coverage of venue hire, fair compensation for artists, and contribution towards the station's running costs.

3) Implementation of a Listen Again Facility, allowing audiences to access previously broadcast shows. This will require an additional PRS license and broadcasting platform.

4) Financial assistance for prospective presenters unable to afford necessary equipment.

5) Funding to support essential operational roles within the station.
