Dawn's campaign for Joseph's Gift
Joseph's Gift was founded as a way to honor the memory of my nephew, Cpl Joseph Anzack, Jr., who was killed in action on May 21, 2007, during his first tour of duty in Iraq. We honor Joe's memory by being of service to his brothers and sisters in arms.
One of the ways we honor Joe is to provide holiday gifts for the children of our severely wounded and fallen military. Many of our wounded heroes struggle to make ends meet and it is our goal to give a helping hand by providing toys for their children.
The children are referred to us by the local VA hospitals, wounded warrior advocates and other wounded warriors that I have worked with in the past. 100% of your support goes to the children. Joseph's Gift is a qualified non-profit organization.
Our service men and women give us so much, ask for so little in return. This small act of kindness not only supports the children, but also reaffirms the community support for these heroes.
Thank you for helping me and my family honor Joseph’s memory in such a meaningful way.
