Davis Family IVF Treatment and Child Birth

Hello from the Davis family, Alex and I (Nathan) are facing an all to common struggle with infertility and the cost associated with pursuing Invitro Fertilization (IFV). Bringing a child into our family is our greatest ambition and we hope that others would help us realize our goal.

We began our journey to start our family at the Institute of Reproductive Health (IRH) out of Cincinnati. After our initial consultation we asked IRH put together a cost assessment plan detailing the cost associated with treatment. The total came out to nearly double what we had anticipated and put the idea of us starting a family far out of our reach. Afterwards Alex and I looked into the idea of adoption only to realize that the cost to adopt is just as much as, if not more in most cases, IFV. So we turn to you; a friend, family member, or kind stranger and ask for your help and charity to assist us in overcoming this financial hurdle.

Alex and I have been an amazing team from the start. We work together to achieve our goals, pursue advancement in our careers, and have fun in our daily lives together. We began our relationship at our local rock climbing gym where Alex is now a coach and a personal trainer. I am currently in pursuit of a career to become a full time personal trainer as well. Alex coaches three teams of amazing child athletes and absolutely glows with energy working with her little athletes. She is also an amazing rock climber herself and volunteers with our local Climbers Coalition. One of our favorite pastimes is pushing each other in the gym to achieve our fitness goals. Without the motivation and example that she sets, I wouldn't be in the gym nearly half as much as I am now. We also enjoy taking small car camping trips to climb outdoors, obstacle events, or just to explore a new area and expand our culture. Our family currently consists of a 13 year old corgi named Charlie and three cats, Vlad, Tsume, and Midna.

The value of this fund cannot be overstated since it provides us with the opportunity to create the worlds greatest gift, Life. We both believe that this is the ultimate responsibility to undertake absolute care of a life, to raise a individual, and to be role models. We hope to instill our core values of honesty, compassion, and understanding in our future child, so that they can become a beacon of upstanding character for others to follow. We wish to bring a child into this world and show them how a couple can function through the successes and trails of everyday life, by working together and communicating openly with one another.
