Dave, Meghan & Shane Wood

On the very early morning of October 9th, Dave was awakened by the pounding on his door by local firemen telling him he must evacuate NOW.  Due to the Tubbs Fire - he lost everything. His kids lost everything. They were able to get out with only the clothes on their backs. Their home of 16 years was reduced to ashes.  On behalf of the Wood family, Dave , Meghan (15 years old) and Shane (13 years old), we are launching a Go Fund Me page to help them get on their feet and attempt to recover some of what they lost. While we can't replace the sentimental items- the flowers from his dads funeral, the 'hero letters' the kids wrote in 2nd grade and the multiple stickers from the family trips to various locations - we can try to replace the clothes, ball caps, volleyball and baseball items that were relevant in their daily lives..  They've lost their home and everything they own - anything you can give is greatly appreciated!

100% of the funds raised here (minus GoFundMe fees) will go directly to Dave and the children. Dave Wood will be the financial beneficiary, and have direct access to this account.
