My name is Reynaldo DanieI Sifuentes a husband with a family On july 23, 2020 I went to the hospital for West Nile Meningitis finding out that i was having heart problems and I unexpectedly had to have Open Heart Surgery on October 13 2020 at Mercy Hospital.
I knew it was a risky surgery, I stayed in the ICU for 3 days and another 5 days on the 5th floor of the hospital and have not been able to recover.
I also ended up with fluid on my lungs and had to have them drained and hospitalized again once on November and then again in December.
Additionally, being unable to work and now the bills are starting to come in. I have all the medical records. We thank you for all the help and prayers from friends and family.
