Danny Almeyda Family Fund

On Tuesday August 3rd the Almeyda Family lost Mother and Wife Shirley Almeyda to COVID. The family also lost a grandfather 2 weeks earlier from Covid. Danny now has to focus on his 3 children who have had their lives ripped apart this year. The emotional turmoil and mounting expenses for 2 funerals is something that is hard to describe. Danny now has to look at preparing his children for the upcoming school year, there will be logistical challenges because he typically commutes to Los Angeles each week from Bakersfield, and the children would normally be with Mom. His youngest is autistic and is in a special school, and requires 24 hour care. A friend offhandedly called Danny an "Exceptional human being" this week, I couldn't agree more. For those of you that know Danny; he is the example of hard work and determination, and an amazing father, husband. A friend to all within minutes of introduction. Lets use this opportunity to help make a difference and give this family some time to heal.
