Hi, we are Andre (36) and Danielle Johnson (32). We have been married for 12 strong years and continue to grow together as a whole. We have had many talks in starting a family and tried for 13 years.
It all began when Andre proposed..... as we were planning our wedding we had received the best gift, we were pregnant! I can't begin to explain the joy we felt and how happy we were that everything was falling into place. December 26, 2006 we miscarried at almost 11-12 weeks. We felt as if our whole world came crashing down on us. We prayed and hoped for another chance.
Month after month turned into year after year with disappointment and questions. Why did that happen to us? Why aren't we successful again? When was going to be our time? Were we not good enough to be parents?
Fast forward to September 2, 2017, finally we did it; we were pregnant again! Almost 11 years later and we weren't telling a soul. We went to the hospital to check on our pregnancy out of fear from what happened in the past. Just for the doctor to tell us I needed emergency surgery due to a ruptured tubal pregnancy. Again our whole world came crashing down.
After trying to conceive from our last pregnancy lost, we were referred to a fertility specialist. After all the testing, endless appointments and prayers to not hear the frightening words IVF. As no couple wants to hear, in order for us to start our family we need IVF.
In hopes of making our dream come true, we need your help and support in reaching our goal to make our family whole. Thank you to all who have taken the time to read/share our story. Also, for giving us hope and helping in any way possible.
