I am sharing a class a week of QiGong and Life/Art Process®, every Wednesday, live-streamed from Venice.
The class is 90 minutes. The first part of the session is dedicated to Basic Qi Gong movements to then flow into a shared movement practice, to then go into drawing and sharing.

Suggested materials: a piece of paper, oil pastels or pastels and a pen.

Classes are given on a simple online platform, Zoom.

Zoom is accessible from your phone, tablet or computer.

The 90% of the donation will go to support the teacher, the future community programs.

The 10% will go to the Solidarity Response Fund of the World Health Organization.
