Dad's hurt! Can't work! Family needs help!

Hi my name is Michael. I am a blue collar guy with a wife and our four kids. On March 4th I was in an auto accident and was struck by a vehicle on the scene. I suffered two broken legs one which required surgery. A metal rod was installed in my right leg from my knee to my ankle. My other leg will heal using a boot for months to come. I am wheel chair/ bed bound for the most part and will under go extensive therapy. I will be out of work for quite a while and require round the clock care in which my wife is providing. Recovery time is around 6 months. My goal is 3 months worth of bills and expenses to keep my family afloat and my kids fed.

This is very embarrassing for me to have to ask for help. This is definitely last resort.
