Dad who hit bridge

My name is Chris Boomgarden and I just got done working a 12 hour shift. While heading home I dozed off for a split second and hit part of a concreate bridge. As I have 7 broken ribs along with sternum. Shattered my knee and a compound fracture of my femer. The good news is I have insurance though my work but apparently didn't have shot term or long term disability. I'm going to be out of work for awhile so figured I would try a Gofund me page as I'm not sure how I'm going to pay my Bill's while I'm out of work. I have 6 kids depending on me. This accident really is an eye opener. Make sure you have disability or at least  aflack. I have a long road ahead of me. Even if you have some feed back on other options I can pursue would be welcome
