Raise money for up to 20 DACA renewals or provide at least a $100 credit for 99 individuals. The associated fees total $495 per renewal per person.
Why
On Tuesday September 5th, 2017 the current administration rescinded a program known as DACA (more information below) that allowed eligible immigrant youth opportunities to "come out of the shadows". This wind-down leaves the opportunity for those whose DACA expires on March 5th, 2018, to renew their 2-year permission by October 5th, 2017 (I almost 4 weeks). The filing fee for all associated docments is $495.

The deadline for nenewals is October 5th, 2017 - in just 4 weeks. Catholic Charities of Orange County is spearheading campaings to get as many eligible DACA youth to renew before the deadline.
