Signatures to get the wall idea on the Ballot 2020

I figured there's enough about the wall, being built going over it and maybe under it, So I was thinking make a campaign that prevents the wall from being built to begin with.
Here's what I mean
Put it on the ballot, with enough  Signatures, We could prevent the wall from being built to begin with. If we can get other people from other states to work together with me by getting enough signatures, to get it on the Ballot. This may be the best idea yet to prevent the wall from being built to begin with.
Trying to raise money to get this on the Ballot, for fees  and  Hoops we have to go through to get this job done and  raise awareness to others to know about this idea and promote this idea to the US people. I know 50 is not much to do this with, but my main goal is to share and gather votes and get this on the ballot . Even if I don't raise any money for this campaign, I be Happy with just getting the word out about this idea through shares by people like you. Can I get 101 shares?
