IVF Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Louisa and I am trying to raise money for my second cycle of IVF.

Where I live you only get one cycle of IVF on the NHS. My first cycle was successful and I became pregnant. I was over the moon. I couldn't keep it a secret as originally planned and told a few people about it, mostly my family.

Unfortunately at 6 weeks I had a horrible and sudden miscarriage. My husband and I are absolutely devastated. We're still currently grieving for what could have been our baby but I'm already thinking about trying again because time is a factor to my fertility.

We did a freeze all cycle so we still have one embryo left, which means we only have to pay for the embryo transfer this time around. This still costs in the thousands though so it's not something we can afford with our income at present.

So if any kind people out there are able to help us with trying again we would be absolutely grateful. If we raise the full amount all funds will be going to the fertility clinic Thames Valley Fertility for the embryo transfer and any medication I may need.
