Hello everyone, my name is Cat. I am starting this GoFundMe to help my family, Dale’s mother and father during the tragedy we are walking through today.

For the past five weeks, Dale’s family, friends, and our community have been searching for him in hopes of finding him safe on trails and camp areas. Today, around 11:30 A.M., Dale was found—tragically, he had passed away.

Our hearts are broken. Dale was only 31 years old, with so much life still ahead of him.

During times like these, the most compassionate thing we can do is come together and support one another. I am hoping to ease even a small portion of the overwhelming burden his family is facing. We want to give Dale the service and cremation he deserves, and to bring a little peace to those who loved him most.

What made Dale the person we all loved so much is his love for other people, if he had it and you needed it, he would give it to you without second thought. Dale had a bubbly, sarcastic personality, he had an adventurous soul and contagious laugh. Dale is going to be missed beyond measure. When Dale made a friend, it was for a lifetime and with his whole heart into it, and if he committed to doing something he always showed up.

Dale struggle over the last couple of years with depression from tragedy’s that had no reason and he struggled to process. I loved Dale, if you knew Dale, I’m sure you loved Dale, please help me, do the only thing I can to provide support, and that’s getting his name out there, and helping the family get enough funds to bring their son home.
