Emergency Medical Care for Leloo
Donation protected
Leloo and Merrok -- two Siberian Huskies being fostered through MUSH Rescue located in Atlanta, GA --escaped their foster home in Washington, GA on Thanksgiving Day and now Leloo is in need of emergency medical assistance. Someone shot her at close range with what looks to be a pellet gun and Merrok may have been kicked or hit by a car.
Leloo did not suffer any damage to her major organs, but lost a lot of blood and was unable to stand. She was immediately put on an IV drip with pain medication and her gunshot wound cleaned. As of right now she is too weak for the vet to assess her front legs to see whether or not there has been any damage done to her nerves, ligaments, or tendons.
More information will be added in the form of updates as soon as the vet can fully assess her injuries as well as any updated information concerning vet costs
