IT'S A BOY! It is with great pride and excitement that I get to share that my amazing brother, Nick, and his beautiful wife, Emily, were officially chosen to grow their family through adoption!
This amazing news literally happened overnight?! On Tuesday, March 13th, Nick and Emily learned they were selected and the very NEXT day, the beautiful and perfect Samson Robert Busby was born!!
Adoption is as amazing as it is complex. It's more than being selected & receiving a child. It's a process, constantly influx, with the challenging pass of custody rights, a family's heartbreaking decision to determine what's best for a child they've only known for hours, and the taxing, selfless decision one ultimately has to make.
This has definitely been a long journey of love, patience, heartache and faith to get to this point; and, through God's grace they have finally received this precious gift.
With this blessing also comes a variety of expenses unlike most pregnancies (i.e. legal, travel, agency fees). On their behalf, I'm reaching out to see if you can participate in this celebration by contributing monetarily (in lieu of or as your gift) in supporting them to success.
