Peace be upon you, how are you, my family and my second community?
I am Ahmed from Palestine Gaza. I hope my message reaches you.
I am in the best condition. #I live in #Gaza with my wife and my three-year-old child
My wife was pregnant with twins and I was very happy like any father and mother who is eagerly awaiting their child, so what about someone who was waiting for two children, a boy and a girl, twins. I lost them in the war as a result of the difficult choice - the pregnancy threatened by danger - either the life of the mother or the lives of the children as a result of the bleeding that had happened to my wife due to extreme fear, the sound of explosions and the smell of death.
Life is very difficult. The smell of death and extreme poverty is everywhere around me. I was displaced, abandoned and homeless from my home more than 10 times, which had collapsed and I do not know its features. It has become like fragile dust.
I now live in a tent that does not protect from the summer heat nor warm my family in the winter.
The necessities of life are not more important than life itself. We need life before anything else. In this dark place full of anxiety, fear and tension, the life of the wilderness and the law of the jungle are more merciful than the law of greedy human life that depends on satisfying whims and killing the soul that God has forbidden.
My family and I do not just write you words.....!!!!
We embody and document the suffering of a family that needs you to stand with us and help us. We have lost our homes and we are displaced. We have no shelter, no food, no drink, no clothing, and no warm heart with longing for the homeland. We have broken Najah Gibran's heart for us. Stand with us so that I and my children can travel from this country.
May you not see any harm in yourselves or your children and always be a helping hand
