Janie's Story
Please help! Urgent request to raise $9,000 for Stem Cell treatments in hopes to live pain free.
Ten years ago, Janie was lying in a hospital all alone while in a coma, wearing an ID band that read, "Jane Doe". The driver of the car was killed on impact, and Janie had no identification on her at the time. Sadly, she was left paralyzed. Since then, her nerve damage has intensified, along with a degenerative bone disease, osteoarthritis, along with many other complications.
Through this whole ordeal, Janie has continues to impact everyone that she meets. She lights up a room with her sweet demeanor, and contagious smile, and does everything she can to encourage others in spite of her tremendous pain. A radiant role model, and is so very dearly loved by her friends, and is the glue that pulls her family together. She lives daily with compassion, and deep desire to give back, by writing prisoners, encouraging the disabled, seeking community work, and has even been assigned by the new Spinal Cord Commissioner to be a contact person to go share hope, love, and encouragement to new paralytic patients in the hospital. Her faith and gratitude just to be alive continues to push her through the darkness of her pain.
Her objective is to raise money is to seek out stem cell injections at the The University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus. This treatment is highly effective in eliminating debilitating pain.

Extra expenses $300 (shuttle services, and meals)
The outcome of these treatments will heal her nerves, and bone issues thus giving her a better quality of life. She has raised some money required by the program for these life changing treatments.
