Cycling for Ukraine & Rowcroft Hospice

On Monday 11th August I will be setting off from John O'Groats in Scotland, with the intention of cycling to Lands End in Cornwall, something I am aiming to do in approximately two weeks.

Having volunteered on a number of occasions over in Ukraine, I am acutely aware of the need to continue to support organisations and individuals that are trying their utmost to meet the needs of the Ukrainian people, hence my determination to undertake this cycle ride and raise as much money as possible for the following:

Ukrainian Patriot: a Ukranian based NGO that is heavily involved in supporting the people of Ukraine

Andy Mattheson: an aid worker that I have had the good fortune to work alongside on a number of occasions now, and someone that desperately requires financial assistance to enable him to continue to work effectively in supporting the people of Ukraine

Rowcroft Hospice: a Devon based charity that provides end-of-life care and support to those people and their families as necessary. And the service I recently saw it provide to one of my dear friends and his family and loved ones was beyond reproach, and I am now delighted to be in a position whereby I can support them in some small way.

I would be extremely grateful if you would consider sponsoring me on my Cycle for Ukraine and Rowcroft Hospice, and please be assured that whatever amount you may be able to spare - no matter how seemingly small - it will be going to an organisation or individual that is working directly with some of the most vulnerable people out there.
