Cycle 7000 miles for the WBA Foundation in 2021

As a part of the get fit for January I'm looking to try and raise some money for the Albion Foundation through cycling both both outdoors and on a virtual trainer.  I'm hoping to complete 300 miles by the end of January for this target and then further extend this to a total of 4000 or more miles for the whole of 2021.
