1/27/20 Legal Update: I'm still being sued by the Kenaitze Indian Tribe and their current Executive Director.
I have already spent over $10,000 on my defense and we are just getting started.

My lawyers are estimating the collective costs of the litigation to be between $750,000 and $1,000,000 with a least $200,000 of that coming out of my pocket.

This is forcing me to make some very tough decisions.
