Cures for homesickness

My name is Terry I'm about to turn 31 and I'm from Mississippi. I've been in Utah for 2 years and it's a long time for somebody that's family 1500 miles away... It's to the point it's hard to have phone conversations without having a sad sickness and just desperately want to see a sister and my three nieces one of which I haven't got to meet yet.. and also as a side mission it would be so much easier to get my ID replaced while I'm there to save the paperwork that would take weeks and finances I don't have time for.
